Daniel Britt is a Springfield, MA native who has lived in Wilbraham with his wife, Nicole, since 2007. Together, they are raising their two daughters, Katie and Maddie.

Daniel began his real estate career in 2011, motivated by a desire to help clients make smarter investments following the 2008 housing market crash. Known for his thoughtful and strategic approach, he provides guidance grounded in local, state, federal, and global market insights. To date, he has successfully closed over $25 million in residential sales.

In addition to his work in real estate, Daniel has spent the past 15 years as a sales manager with The Quikrete Companies. He also serves as a high school and college basketball official—bringing 27 years of experience with IAABO Board #31 and 17 years with the College Basketball Officials Association. These roles have honed his skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation—qualities that directly benefit his clients.
